About

01The company

Aivio Labs is an AI agent engineering studio. We build the harnesses, skills, and pipelines that make model output verifiable enough to put into production.

We operate globally in English. Part of our work involves domain knowledge that no general model holds — specifications that exist, are authoritative, and were never in the training data in a form a machine could use. The rest has no regional dimension at all.

02How we work

Honest engineering

Three commitments, in descending order of how uncomfortable they are.

  1. 01

We publish the assumptions we got wrong.

Our project notes record the ideas we abandoned and why — including the time we scoped a product and then found the field already full of free tools doing the same thing. We stopped. That record is more useful to a reader evaluating us than any list of successes, because it is the only kind of evidence that is expensive to fake.

  2. 02

We do not describe capabilities we cannot demonstrate.

If a thing exists, we show the output. If it does not exist yet, the section is empty and dated. An empty section on this site means an empty section, not a coming-soon.

  3. 03

We prefer checks that return the same answer twice.

Where correctness can be established by something deterministic — a test, a schema, a validator — we build that rather than asking a model whether it looks right. Deterministic checks are cheaper, faster, and they are evidence. Everything else is an opinion, including ours.

03What we think is actually hard

Not the models. The gap between a sentence a person says and a specification a machine can execute, and then the question of how anyone downstream knows the output is correct.

Almost every agent project we have seen fail, including our own, failed in that gap rather than at the model.
